The Huron County Land Reutilization Corporation (“Huron County Land Bank”) is seeking bids for demolition services for 130 Shady Ln, Norwalk, Ohio, commonly referred to as the “Old Administrative Campus”. Interested parties must fill out a Prequalification Form and an RFP. Forms can be found at HuronCountyLandbank.com. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on site on October 28, 2025 at 3:30pm. Bids must be received by 4:00 pm on November 12, 2025.
