Pre-Qualification Packets for Contractors

The Huron County Land Bank is accepting contractor pre-qualification packets for services the land bank may require. Contractors may be needed for demolition, environmental assessment or abatement, lawn care and landscaping, renovation, and light construction. Contractors may pre-qualify at any time; however, only pre-qualified contractors will be eligible to bid on land bank projects. Interested contractors can obtain a pre-qualification packet by contacting Judy Lykins, Huron County Land Bank c/o HCDC, P.O. Box 407 Norwalk, OH 44857, via email at jlykins@huroncountyohio.com or phone 419-663-4232 , printing out the completed application packet below and returning to the address listed above, or you may complete it online by clicking the "Fill Out Online Form" button below.
